This appears to be a late die state variety 20B - Bold S - although I do not sufficient information to verify this. The coin IS NOT an SS Central AMERICA relic. Reverse shows - mintmark upper loop almost closed and the left side of the mintmark is positioned midway over the left serif of the N in TWENTY (position 55). The left serif of the U in UNITED tapers to a point.
The crossbar of the A in STATES tapers to the left. The E in AMERICA is broken at the top and the R upper serif tapers to a pointed short terminus.
